No job too big or small
Corrs were doing work to my neighbour’s home when I got chatting about the desperate state of the front of my house. It faces South, so the sun is not kind to paintwork. I live in a terraced home with no garden, so the front of the house is right on the street. Well, they proved that ‘no job is too big or too small’. The job next door was a major renovation, but as soon as that job was finished their painter, James, made the time to paint the front of my house. I expected a lick of paint, but no. James spent time preparing the surface and applied many coats to the door and window, leaving my house looking brand new. Having witnessed their commitment to my neighbour’s house – hard work, long hours towards the deadline – I cannot recommend this business more highly.

Deep Retrofit
If you are looking for a seasoned and skilled builder focused on honesty, integrity, fantastic communication, detail oriented and has quality subcontractors... call Ian! Ian and his team completed a deep retrofit of our house in the winter of 2022/23. We are so impressed how he has renovated and modernised our 1930’s house to a BER ‘A’ rated home.
Ian radiates calm and a can-do attitude. He met deadlines, easy to work with, helpful in making difficult decisions, respectful of our unique wishes and meticulous in detail. Ian kept in constant communication with us and kept to a tight timeline. He always wanted us to be happy with the finished product and he worked diligently to make that happen.
His subcontractors are all fantastic. The quality of their work and attention to detail is outstanding. Being on the job site with them, it was obvious they take pride in their work. Ian has a great working relationship with all the team and creates a positive working environment. The electrician, plumber and carpenter we could not recommend highly enough and they went above and beyond with their thoroughness and finish. We saved a lot of time thanks to Ian’s vast array of contacts in painting decorating, tiling, electrical, plumbing and kitchen fitting.
We are delighted with the finished product and are having difficulty in putting together a snag list! We have no hesitation in highly recommend Ian to anyone looking to build, remodel, renovate or extend their house – big or small.
